I work with upcycling and repairing picture frames. ‘Salvagepunk’ is a great term, involving not throwing anything away, and using it in a creative, interesting manner instead.

Bits of metal, or clocks or tartan or lace, all framing a digital image that won’t be found in a ‘normal’ shop.

After a serious illness, I was advised to find a hobby. I love my day-job, but upcycling brings a whole new series of situations. And I love it when I get a magnificent end result.
