Watch Graham and Christine Whitehouse of Whitehouse Foraging in this video to begin your foraging journey. Learn what to pick and when, discover how to identify plants, how to prepare certain produce or many other interesting facts to help you get started. Graham and Christine are very knowledgeable and are members of the Association of Foragers.

Join Nicole from Coco's Plant Based Scran to learn how to make sweet potato blondes. Bake along with the ingredients list below, or simply watch and see how it is done. Along the way you will be given other plant based baking tips and alternatives. If you have been to one of Coco's previous workshops, you know it will be good. If you haven't joined her before, then now is your chance!

ALLOTMENT WALK AND GROWING ADVICE

Join Robin and Alison and take a leisurely walk around their vegetable patch. They will then give growing and planting advice for your patch, pot or windowsill. The aim of this event is to introduce beginners to the wonders of veg growing, but it is also a place where more experienced gardeners can share ideas or seek advice from each other.
