Join expert forager and excellent cook Clarie Templeton for this hands-on workshop where you will learn a variety of ways to prepare foraged ingredients. You will learn how to make and add interesting flavours to an array of products such as cordials, vinegars, soups, salads and more. This workshop is open to all and no cooking experience is necessary. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. All ingredients are provided but if there is something specific you want to bring along then please feel free (just make sure it was foraged responsibly from a clean location).
