Join us as we explore the medicinal plants growing locally and learn about their properties for health and treating illness, as foods and for first aid. You will learn how to collect plants sustainably and with minimal impact on your local ecosystem.
After the forage we will return to the workshop to make medicines with herbs we have gathered on our walk, for you to take home and use for yourself and your family. During the workshop you will have lots of opportunities to ask any specific questions you might have, and to share any of your own herbal knowledge.
